Year 7 were today introduced to their new Learning Blogs. Every day, pupils come across problems and locate solutions and many ways. Some work collaboratively, some persevere, some seek assistance or a clue from the teacher. Every day, pupils most likely encounter the same problems in different classes, have the same fears and questions they would like answering.
The purpose of the Learning Blog is to document these learning experiences so that others can benefit from solutions, as well as building a al sense of community into a year group to achieve a common goal of achieving.
It’s very early days, however enthusiasm is high. In addition to this, blogging mornings set aside for documented reflection and commenting will hopefully keep the Learning Blog alive!
