OK So it’s early days on this one and I’ve only just installed it so this is going to be short as I want to get back to playing.

Basically CompterCraft is a mod for Minecraft that allows you to add computers, monitors, modems, turtles and more! Computers and Turtles are programmed with the Lua programming language. You can use Redstone with your devices too!
